What Happens on Scoop Day?
1. 'On-The-Way' Text
Expect a 30 to 60 minute heads-up text before we arrive! You don’t have to be home, but please make sure the areas we need to clean are accessible, and that any aggressive dogs are safely indoors. This helps us provide the best service possible!

Once your yard is clear of dog poop, we’ll capture a photo of your closed gate to ensure no dogs can accidentally get out. Then, we will clean all equipment using an organic, kennel-grade disinfectant to eliminate germs and maintain a safe, healthy environment for all dogs.
4. Waste Disposal
We will double bag the poop and place it in your garbage bin. We can also take the waste with us for a small fee. Your yard is now free of dog waste and ready to be enjoyed safely!
