Frequently Asked Questions!
What areas in Melbourne do you service?
We operate in the eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Suburbs include Doncaster, Box Hill, Blackurn, Burwood, Ringwood, Vermont, Wantirna, Mount Waverley, and surrounding areas.
How often do I need poop scooping services?
For optimal cleanliness and safety, we recommend weekly service for households with multiple pets or large yards. Other options include bi-weekly, fortnightly, and monthly.
How does billing work?
For Continuous Memberships, we operate on a monthly basis so your card on file will be charged at the beginning of every service month. You can start, pause, or cancel at any time, for any reason. For one-time services, we require a card on file and will charge upon service completion.
Do I need to be home when you scoop?
No, you don’t need to be home! As long as we have yard access, we’ll handle the service and send a text when we’re on our way.
Can you scoop with my dog in the yard?
Yes, we love scooping with dogs! We just ask that if your dog shows signs of aggression, you keep them indoors during the cleanup to ensure the safety of our team.
What happens to the poop after you scoop it?
Proper disposal is vital for environmental safety, as dog waste is hazardous. We’ll double-bag it and place it in your bin, or for a small fee, we’ll take it with us and dispose of it through our own Waste Management.
How do you ensure the safety of my pets?
The safety of our clients and their dogs is our top priority. We clean all equipment and shoes with kennel-grade disinfectant between each yard to prevent the spread of germs. We also take gate photos after each service to ensure your pets stay secure.
What happens if it rains or weather is bad?
We prioritize your safety, your pets safety, and our own safety. If weather conditions like heavy rain or lightning make it unsafe to work, we’ll reschedule your service for the next day or your next scheduled appointment.
How do I know when you've completed the scoop?
We’ll send a text when we’re on our way, and once the service is complete, you’ll receive an email along with a photo of your securely closed gate.
Do you offer discounts for regular service?
Yes, our prices vary based on factors such as service frequency, number of dogs, and yard size. The more frequently you schedule, the lower the per-service cost.
Can I request a specific service day or time?
No, we operate like the garbage trucks and unfortunately can’t provide specific arrival times for our pooper scooper services, as we optimize our routes the day before to reduce drive time and keep costs low.
What do you do if there's a problem with the service?
We aim for excellent service every time. If you encounter any issues or have feedback, please reach out to us right away, and we’ll address it promptly to ensure your satisfaction.
