3. Scheduling and Cancellations
Services are scheduled in advance based on availability.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit to avoid charges.

4. Payment and Fees
Payment is due before or at the time of service.

We take care to close gates and follow safety protocols, but we are not liable for pet escapes or damages due to unsecured areas.
We are not responsible for damage to lawns or surfaces due to pet waste accumulation.
